Well...not new wood, but nice. Where from? Big 5, $99. My M38 short rifle came from auction. I too recommend the trader, Allan's, or Empire. DDR

They're sure not as plentiful as they used to be, even since I started collecting a couple of years ago. I got my first one from SOG for $59 and it's real nice, then just recently I picked up a beauty of a 1903 on the Traderboard. The gentleman I got it from, Pentium, also had a nice '38 for sale at the same time. Watch the trader, there have been some real nice ones on there lately.

Dunham's had been doing some store shuffling lately and some older imports are falling out of the attic...I saw a really nice 1903 come in, 1935 dated with a great stock, cleaning rod, bayonet AND a great condition sling, very similar to the Persian slings Samco sells. $79.99 plus tax and transfer...SOLD!
