Can you tell from the lettering on the tin what the year of mfg is or country of origin?
On the top of the tin:7.62LPSz gsz
4-21
79-11
VT2/78 51 along with a white stripe painted in the middle

Should be 1979. 2/78 would indicate the lot and year of the powder.

Can you get me a pic. Sometimes the placement of the lettering matters too. But it looks like 87 mfg ammo with 86 mfg powder Light ball. 21 or 23 could possible ammo lot.

Gz means copper washed steel case
Gsz means lacquered steel case
Usually the factory code comes last in the lot number string, so this is most likely a product of factory "21".
