    Dear Sir,

I got a SJOGREN; 12 Ga Gun here in Pakistan. Stating "Haandvaabenvaerkstederne, Kjobenhavn" on one side and "Automat. System Sjogren Patent" on other side. Its in very excellent condition and barely used at all. I would like to know how can i sell it. Also what should i expect its market value now.

I would be very glad to have answers to my question.

    Thank You.

    Hello Kriggevaer,
I have recently purchased a late 1950's to mid 1960's S & L .22 r/f "free rifle"; heavy barrel, rear aperture sight, and tunnel foresight. It has a detachable hand-support, plus adjustable hooked butt-plate, but no thumb-hole at the grip. S/N is 818. My problem is that the set trigger will not "set". Perhaps the previous now-deceased owner had "de-activated" the rifle. I am hoping that some kind person has a manual for the period relating to this target rifle, and can provide me with an illustration how to fix the set trigger (all springs seem to work, but the sears do not seem to want to contact), also the underside of the receiver, showing the pivoting parts/levers in case something is missing BETWEEN the receiver parts and the set trigger. The bolt will cock, and can be fired by applying thumb-pressure to the rear lever.
    With kind regards,

    Hi
    Kriggevær

We are two Schultz & Larsen fans, who have started a new site. The owner and main writer is Jørgen Christensen. We are not trying to be experts
but only sharring our knowledge with other people. I am writing about rifles cal. .22 (mostly match rifles). The site is yet only in danish.
I hope there is somethig you can use and maybe you wil contribute with some of your big knowledge about Schultz & Larsen.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your prompt reply ( you must be getting sick of us newbies ). I will try and get some pics to you as soon as possible, I am not a techno freak and struggle with computers and digi cams so it may take a while. In fact I will have to buy one.
If it is , as you suggest, that old , i am staggered at its accuracy. Only fired it over a hundred yards at Bisley, but couldn't miss.
    Thanks again for your time.
    Pete.

    Dear Sir.
Please help. I noticed , whilst searching the web , that you know alot about S/L guns. I have just brought a s/l with my brother. It was advertised as a parker hale, I wasnt there when he brought it ( half my monet tho ). On inspection when he brought it back shows it as a shultz Larson otterup. 7.62, 2.015 inch. Mod 98 . car 7.4 , VR 001.
It also has a number of swastikas stamped on the barrel.
Can you give me any info at all on it please. It is very very accurate .

    Hei!

    Hilsen Trondheim

Sharpe & Hart. I am curious to note that not many M-60 rifles are mentioned except almost in passing. Is there a reason for this? I have noticed that in cocking the rifle with no casing in the chamber, that it takes quite a hard last push to lower the cocking handle. Hard enough that it requires a change in position of the rifle for more leverage from the pointed position. Upon placing a new 7x61 super empty case in the rifle, it becomes a tad harder. I surmised this to be because of the bolt face plunger. Rifle case ejected with no abnormal marks. Will be using IMR 4350 with cci 250 Mag primer and have 200 cci large rifle primers. The bore is beautiful. Have not shot rifle, but rifle appears to be in very good condition. Wisdom is better than smart! Any recommendations from you would be an honor. Have not shot the rifle and will not until all doubt is clear.
