Default SOG - Southern Ohio Gun

Does anyone know what the story is with SOG? It looks to me as though they are no longer selling ANY firearms and darned little ammo. Is this true?

Do I have the correct site: http://www.southernohiogun.com/ ?

I know Vic posted a message that a lot of gun and ammo dealers have gone away...

Firearms are for registered persons only. Contact SOG and register. FFL required.

They are still selling guns and ammo. A local dealer just got a shipment of "assault weapons" in from SOG.

Actually SOG seems to have more "stuff" in stock than anyone else for the last six months. I guess it's a combination of their restrictive policy of only pricing to FFL holders and their somewhat checkered reputation.

They don't really have an online catalog, but their monthly flier is loaded.

I've filled my "stupid people" quota for the year. Sorry, I'm not accepting any more applications.

Mine comes "snail". You have to register with your FFL (03,O.K.). But, I believe your better off checking with the Gunboard sponsers for your needs.

I got SOGs flyer and prices seem higher than Centerfire Systems http://www.centerfiresystems.com/
    and AIM
    http://www.aimsurplus.com/
Check with those two. They are Gunboard sponsors.

Wow, I see Centerfire Systems is going to be rolling out the semi-auto version of the Suomi Kp-31 smg!! I cannot wait to hear how they function. I suspect I am definitely going to pick one up, seeing as how I have a 36-round stick, 50-round "coffin", and 71-round drum magazine and correct Kp-31 sling, cleaning kit, and canvas SA-marked carry case all ready-n-waiting .
