Default Rubber cover for bolt knob

I read here recently that rubber covers for bolt knobs are available. I'd like one for my CG63 but have not found one anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to find one. I really don't want to cut the knob and thread a plastic one on so a tight fitting rubber ball seems like a good solution.

    Thanks,
    Don

Anders said they are available in every gun shop in Sweden , but to date , no one is selling them on EBAY or in the USA . Send a PM to one of our Swedish members ( HenryB ) & see if he can find one for you .

HenryB is out of Sweden until mid to late February, so if you do email him, it will take a while to get back with you. He still hasn't answered an email from a month ago, so I am assuming he doesn't have access where he is.

We Marines believe that God gave America the greatest gift he could bestow to man while he lived on this earth-freedom. We also believe he gave us another gift nearly as precious-our soldiers, sailors, airmen, Coast Guardsmen, and Marines-to safeguard that gift and
guarantee no force on this earth can every steal it away. It has been my distinct honor to have been with you here today. Rest assured our America, this experiment in democracy started over two centuries ago, will forever remain the "land of the free and home of the brave" so long as we never run out of tough young Americans who are willing to look beyond their own self-interest and comfortable lives, and go into the darkest and most dangerous places on earth to hunt down, and kill, those who would do us harm.

I will calculate how much I would have to charge to ship a rubber bolt knob to the US.There is a gunshop close to my office so getting the bolt knobs is very easy.

    Anders,

I don't know if it's possible but I, too, would be interested in a rubber bolt cover for my CG63. Anders, if you can source another one could you let me know?

    Thanks,

This post is 5 years old . Anders has retired from the Forum , so not likely he will be able to help anyone now ?

Maybe some other members in Sweden have seen them & can obtain a few for sale ?

while solid plastic knobs are readily available, I have not been able to find slip on rubber covers as of yet.

    See :

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vector-Optic...item1e8fd74571

Looks like it slips on with warm water . From China = $9.99 + $5.99 shipping . Add $1.50 for each additional ball on one order .
