Default FS: Winchester Model 54 in .22 Hornet

I have a Winchester Model 54 .22 Hornet rifle for sale. The rifle was the predecessor to the Winchester Model 70 and made from 1925 until 1936. The condition of the rifle is VG+. The bore is VG. The stock has a piece that was broken off and neatly re-glued into place. There is a Lyman long slide 48 rear sight and a Lyman 17A globe front sight. There is also a Lyman Super-Targetspot telescope on the rifle. The telescope will require a professional cleaning.

These rifles are rare in this caliber.

THat is a nice looking rifle. I have the same one in near mint condition. Can you tell me if the front globe sight is a Talley? Mine has that and I was told it was not a standard sight.

    THanks

Try to look unimportant; the enemy may be low on ammo and not want to waste a bullet on you.
