Thread: Finnish accurizing of svt-40 (?)

Question Finnish accurizing of svt-40 (?)

Hello! been a long time since I visited!

Just got a nice SA stamped SVT-40 and I was wondering about how much usage these rifles saw with Finns.
Did their armorers apply their accurizing knowledge on these or did they simply use them as found?

Here are some pics (unfortunately, the bayonet is mint but not Finn-stamped)

Your rifle was almost certainly a sniper when it left Tula. You have a wonderful rifle. I would love to own that puppy. Congratulations.

Proletarian collector of primarily garden-variety refurbs (because "quantity has a quality all its own"), but a bit "beergeois" (because life is too short for lite beer).

My Finn shoots as accurate as my M1 so they must have done something right!
