Stroll over to makarov.com for lots of answers.
I think this is the closest thing to a manual I've seen:
Just received my Bulgarian Makarov from SOG. It is in exellent condition. Now need a owners manual. Is there anyplace online that I can download one and print it up? Checked Century, J&G, and it's not on their list.
Oh, how can you tell what year it was made?
And makarov.com will tell you exactly how to date that bulgarian.
I'm always looking for rare varieties of 9x18 ammunition.
The top and bottom are ones I got from George Fisher.
Looking for USS Casimir Pulaski SSBN 633 items.
This was the most interesting conversation I was ever not a part of and I look forward to the next conversation on the topic.
Thank you! Found something close at Century and printed it up. Now for the serial number # KO 19- 9XX ( the two X's are substitutes, as I dont want it all online)
On the Makarov site, It says 19 is 1979. Don't know what the KO and the 3 digits stand for though.
i got my best manual from FTF Industries. it cost $17.99 and well worth it. its 86 pages and shows so much info. it even has how to fire your pistol from horseback. it shows how Makarov wants you to zero in your pistol. got it off gunbroker.com.
