The Constitution does NOT grant us the right to keep and bear arms.....it acknowledges it.......its very important to understand the difference. The minute that we accept the premiss that the government grants us this right, we must also accept that it can rescind this right. The right to keep and bear arms, as correctly noted by The Founders, is given to us by God....period, end of discussion.

A bunch is Lake City Arsenal. All the ones with an LC/date head-stamp.

SLC stamps - not sure; SL + date would be Saint Louis Ordnance Plant.

SBMC 30 Carbine? Dunno, commercial I think, but not sure who. Though the crimp suggests military contract.

WMN 762x33 59 - suspect some foreign maker, but not sure which one

SBMC is Squires Bingham in the Philippines and it is uncrimped, NWM is from the Netherlands. "SLC" is "L C 5" for Lake City 1955 production.

Those are not primer crimps. It looks like the base of the primers are broken off, leaving a ring of left over primer material. Primers probably corroded in place and the ends popped off when being de-capped. .30 carbine does not generally have primer crimps.
