Is it each and every crest, all models, or only some M-98s?

It's not each and every crest, I'd expect that to take alot more than 36 photos. Nor is it only some M-98's. It's a selection of the best photos we could come up with.

I think the Argie crest is definitely my favorite looking.

Forgot about this thread for a while but I finally took the time to order a poster. Can't wait to see which Mauser crests made the photo cut.

I'd like to see a poster like this with just the South and Central American crests.

    Thanks for all the information.
I picked up a M 24/47 last weekend and will post more as I find out. It has a circle UA on the but near the serial number 50XX
There is a T on the bolt handle 75 on the safety which is different from the last two of the SN. A on the front sight and a missing sight hood.
If anyone has a hood , sling or bayonet i would be interested. Much like Post 34 on here .

I traded a Davis Derringer and $150 cash for it. So I m not too deep in hock for this one. Wood is great and markings clear. G on pistol grip and something like an H near rear swivel. I have not removed the stock yet.
I will attempt to get some photos after tax time is over.
Thanks again for the great site. Now for a cheap source of ammo.

I would like to have them on cards like poker cards with info on the back to use for reference at gun shows. Is there a high res photo that you can make out the writing ?

Poster came in and looks great. I jumped on ebay and ordered a frame to go with it. Ofcourse it wasn't wide enough so I trimmed the sides to fit. works for me.

Hello! I am going to order one of these tonight. I have most of the firearms as represented on this poster. Thanks for the work you guys all went to in order to produce this.

I just got a check from Cafepress for $71. I'll be forwarding it to Vic as soon as he gets off vacation.
