I'm pretty confident that is not greek. There does appear to the the Russian letter for "Ya", a backwards R and even the "Ee" sound that looks like an H but the words don't sound like any familiar Russian words or manufacturer that I've come across.
Maybe Arab or Pakistan? Just a guess from the decor. Also obviously percussion and NOT flintlock.
