    Default Finally got an M24

Finally snagged an m24. I know it is not the best deal, but I finally got impatient after a few years of coming up empty handed everywhere else. Other than that how is she? Looks pretty clean and seems to have everything in the right place.

I'm glad a board member got it--I was bidding for a while but chickened out around $400

I was going to bail as well but, I will likely never buy another (my collecting habit is to buy single representative pieces and move on). I know it was high, but I will hold on to it until I am dead so, Its not too bad I guess.

Not bad for a SIG. Post some photos when you get it.

Nice get, looks like a nice M24. Still pursuing one myself. Congrats on your rifle?

Great rifle for a fair price. These won't get any cheaper or easier to find!

Yeah, SA didn't treat that one too bad. There are plently of Lotta traits still there. The "late style" S number on the chamber right is interesting. Don't see that on m/24 very often.

The 91/24 is one of my all time favorites. I started my collection with a SIG. Found this forum when I was trying to figure what that ugly old rifle I had just bought was.

Congrats on this one. There aren't all that many of them. Mine is also an excellent shooter. I don't shoot many of them but I make exceptions for the SIG.
