FedEx bought out Kinko's and renamed them FedEx Office. Unlike the UPS stores they are company owned and will ship guns.

The ATF regs say you have to tell them its a firearm but at Fedex they never ask online or at the store and have no place to record it if they did.
Only problem is with handguns which are cheaper to ship UPS than FedEx because of the different overnight categories.
BTW none of these carriers extra insurance is much good for collectibles as it requires them to verify the cost of a replacement item and usually they wont pay over the basic free insurance. My CollectInsure policy does cover FedEx shipping, however, but only some of the UPS shipping categories.
