Default "Circle T" markings, assistance requested!

It was recently brought to my attention that there are 2 different but similar "circle T" stamps. One had been determined to be Czech, while apparently the other is unknown. (This may not be news to some of you).

Based on my observations in the last couple days (not very thorough, mind you) it seems to me that this "mystery mark" occurs on Izhevsk made rifles from the late Tsarist /early Bolshevik period. I used to have one that had this mark & am hoping you guys can provide more examples to possibly nail this "mystery mark" down. Mine was a recycled receiver, so please be sure to note rifle year & maker, as well as receiver year & maker.

I would like to thank you all in advance, as well as apologize for misinformation I may have spread in regards to the "Czech Circle T".
