    Default Popcorn Sutton Is Dead

Some of you fellows from east Tennessee and north Georgia may have known about Popcorn. He was the last of the last crusty old boys who made white whiskey in the old traditional way of the Mountains. Popcorn was a friend of mine.

The Atlanta Journal/Constitution newspaper had a pretty good writeup on him yesterday if anyone is interested. He took his own life simply saying that he didn't want to die in prison as he wasn't expected to live a year due to terminal sickness. Sad situation.

Uh....forgot something....He died Monday and was to start serving time this Friday-tomorrow.

Popcorn died the same way that he had lived his whole life, a free man.
    You have to admire that.

The Ruling Elite in this country - in their incessant drive to tax, regulate, enslave every free man - finally succeeded in pushing a decent man over the edge. At least he has cheated them out of their "justice"...

While our Psychopaths-in-charge loot the country, they divert attention from their criminality by persecuting people like Sutton.

Very sad. How much longer will Amerikans put up with these criminals?

this is also the same program that got him in trouble this last time, you know they wont stop bad people from crashing airplanes into buildings, but if an oldtimer want to make alittle money on the side, well we just cant have that.

Cannot say I knew the fella other than watching him on the history channel. Have to say I admired the fact that he was doing his own thing in his own time.Sad thing is they drove a man to do this while 90% of the folks Osama appointed to his cabinet were technically guilty of tax evasion...........wheres the justice. RIP popcorn
