    Iím hoping that the good members here can help identify this scope. Iíve tried researching it and cannot find another one like it.

    not sure of the mount (but thanks for posting the pics, now I know what the one I have in the shop goes to) but looks like an Isreali version of a SUIT (typically seen on FAL's)

    The mount is for the M16 carry handle and as Lyman1903 mentioned, this is an Israeli Trilux SUIT. The original tritium illuminator has been replaced with some commercial or homemade piece.

    Here's what the original illuminator looked like. When the white painted side was lined up with the white dot on the scope body, it was at it's brightest. The plug containing the tritium vial could be rotated such that less light was transmitted to the reticle. The original plugs are held in by a small snap ring.
